SVFで合宿をしてきました🇺🇸
アメリカ・サンフランシスコにあるSVFにご招待いただき、約1週間にわたり合宿を行ってきました。
滞在中は、多くの選手と剣を交えながら、自分自身の課題と向き合い、充実したトレーニングを積むことができました。普段とは異なる環境で練習することで、新たな発見や刺激も多く、とても実りのある時間となりました。
また、パーソナルレッスンでは現地の子どもたちへの指導も担当しました。レベルの高い子どもたちの技術やフェンシングへの姿勢に驚かされるとともに、私自身も選手として多くの刺激を受け、学びの多い貴重な時間となりました。
今回の経験で得た学びや刺激を日本へ持ち帰り、これからの競技生活にしっかりと生かしていきたいと思います。
SVFの皆さま、このような貴重な機会をいただき、本当にありがとうございました。
Training Camp at SVF 🇺🇸
I had the opportunity to spend about a week training at SVF in San Francisco, USA.
During my stay, I trained with many talented fencers, challenged myself every day, and worked hard to improve my own skills. Training in a different environment gave me new perspectives and valuable experience.
I also had the opportunity to give private lessons to local children. I was impressed by their high level of skill, dedication, and passion for fencing. At the same time, the experience gave me a lot of inspiration and valuable lessons as an athlete.
I will take everything I learned from this experience back to Japan and use it to continue growing as a fencer.
A big thank you to everyone at SVF for your warm welcome and for giving me this amazing opportunity!

今シーズン最後のグランプリが終わりました。
今シーズンは本当に苦しいシーズンでした。思うように結果を残せず、結果が出ない焦りや葛藤と向き合い続ける日々でした。
この大会を迎えるにあたり、自分に言い聞かせたことがあります。それは、「フェンシングを心から楽しむこと」。そして、自分がフェンシングを好きだからこそ、この舞台に立っているという原点を忘れないことでした。
試合が始まると、そのことを考える余裕はありませんでしたが、久しぶりにベスト64へ進出することができました。結果は敗戦となりましたが、今シーズンの中で一番自分らしく、自信を持って戦えた試合だったと感じています。
今シーズンは何度も立ち止まりそうになりました。それでもここまで戦い続けてこられたのは、いつも支えてくださる方々、応援してくださる皆さん、そして共に戦う仲間たちの存在があったからです。
結果だけを見れば決して満足できるシーズンではありませんでしたが、この経験を無駄にせず、来シーズンはさらに成長した姿をお見せできるよう頑張ります。
支えてくださった皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。

Shanghai Grand Prix 🇨🇳 58th / 184
The final Grand Prix of the season has come to an end.
It was a very challenging season. I struggled to achieve the results I was hoping for and spent a lot of time dealing with frustration and self-doubt.
Before this competition, I reminded myself to simply enjoy fencing and not forget that I'm here because I truly love this sport.
Once the competition started, I didn't really have time to think about that anymore. However, I was able to make the top 64 again. Although I lost in the direct elimination, I believe it was my best performance of the season.
There were many moments this season when I felt like giving up. But I was able to keep fighting because of everyone who has supported me, cheered for me, and the teammates who have been by my side throughout this journey.
Thank you all so much for your continued support.
I'll keep working hard, growing as an athlete, and come back even stronger.
ゴミ拾い活動に参加しました！
先日、グリーンバード（green bird）さんが主催するゴミ拾い活動に参加してきました！
この活動は全国各地で行われており、今回は約1時間、赤羽周辺の清掃を行いました。
フェンシング仲間と一緒に街を歩きながらゴミを拾っていると、一見きれいに見える場所でも、小さなゴミや普段は目につかない場所にたくさんのゴミが落ちていることに気づきました。
実際に参加してみて、普段きれいな街が保たれているのは、このような活動を続けてくださっている方々のおかげなのだと改めて実感しました。
とても有意義な時間となり、自分自身も環境について考える良いきっかけになりました。
また機会があれば、積極的に参加していきたいと思います！
Joined a Community Clean-Up! 🧹🌱
I joined a community clean-up organized by green bird!
Together with my fencing teammates, I spent about an hour picking up litter around Akabane.
Even though the streets looked clean at first, we found a lot of small pieces of trash hidden in places that are easy to overlook. It made me realize how much our communities are supported by people who volunteer their time to keep them clean.
It was a great experience, and I hope to join again whenever I have the chance!
